Hello. I hope you had a great weekend. I’d trade 1000 days of bad weather just to get the chance to see the rainbow that was in the sky yesterday. I’m kidding, of course. Man, what bad weather this weekend! Friday, I watched American Beauty, I enjoy that film.
Saturday, I got off to a late start and went holiday shopping. I drove over to the Newport Center Mall. I got to the parking garage, there was a line to get in there – into the parking garage! I said to myself, screw this and I left. I went to another store close by and did a little shopping there. Then I went to the A & P. Oh, I also watched the Steelers play. They looked pretty good. Anyway, I got back home and discovered something interesting…You can take care of holiday shopping, online. Yes, it’s true! I spent 2 to 3 hours buying stuff, in my underwear — sorry ladies, too much information. It was so cool. So, my point is this: crowds, bad, shopping in your underwear, good.
Sunday, I had to drop off some stuff at work and then I spent some time with my friends, Walter and Nancy. We made cookies and sang Christmas carols. Later, I did my laundry. It must have been “bring your kid to the laundry mat day” because there were kids everywhere! I love the kids but I like to fold my drawers in piece. Here’s something good, there’s a website about Hoboken called www.Hobokeni.com. Anything you want to know about Hoboken, it’s on this site. Anyway, they have a list of sites to checkout and I submitted my site. And they were kind enough to not only put up BobBorden.com but they made it their featured site! Pretty cool. It’s so cold out! I was on the bus at 7:30. Too early for me but I’m at work and ready to start my day. Did you watch the film I recommended? Ghost Dog is a great movie. It’s my new favorite. I want to give a shout out to my Mom. Happy Birthday! Have a great day.
