Bob meets Iggy:
I've been an Iggy Pop fan for years. How can you not love his music and energy? He put out a CD in '93 or '94 called American Caesar. On the CD he asked fans to write and he'll respond. I thought it was PR hype and just wrote something like, "How's it going?" At the very least I was expecting a bumper sticker or some type of label information. I was shocked months later when my self-addressed stamped envelope came back and there was a handwritten response! When Iggy was a guest on the Late Show in 2001, I was able to show Iggy the letter and ask him if he really wrote it. He said, "Sure, who else would write that?" He was very cool!
