Again, I don’t know a lot about sports but I do know about TV. And I have to say that Fox’s opening of game 7 last night was absolutely the worst! They had some guy dressed like a wizard, giving the game-by-game highlights of the series. Why a wizard? Your guess is as good as mine. The woman co-anchor of the opening looked like she was dressed for the winter formal – she was so distracting. I’m not sure what the female equivalent of the male suit is but she wasn’t even close.

How did I like the game you ask? I don’t know, I watched something else. Ha ha. I enjoyed The Sopranos and Curb your Enthusiasm. That’s a solid hour and a half of great TV. I also watched this new show on TLC, Full Metal Challenge. It’s co-hosted by the old host/producer of Junkyard Wars. Full Metal Challenge is just a weak retread – and a total waste of Henry Rollins, the other co-host.

Friday, I got out of work and decided to pump a little money into the Hoboken economy. First stop, Super Cuts. And then I was off to the old record store to buy the new Foo Fighters CD. My hair has never looked better and the jury is still out of the Foo Fighters CD, I need to give it a few more listens.

Saturday — laundry. I didn’t do it last weekend; I’ve never had so many clothes to wash. I don’t plan on skipping any more laundry days. I made a few phone calls and had some pizza from the place next door. I went to the A & P after that. It was a solitary day, to say the least. I watched TV Saturday night.

Sunday, I forgot about daylight savings time and woke up around 8:30. I went back to sleep and woke up around 12:30 – that was a sweet feeling. I went into the city and played PS2 with my friend Walter. Good times. I said it once and I’ll say it again, Tony Hawk 3 is great! I got back home around 8:30 and ate Popsicles all night.

Mmmmmmmm

And that’s it! Oh, also on Saturday, I ate a whole box of Alpha-Bits cereal –
NOT GOOD!

Have a great day. God Bless America.
