My mom hated yesterday's video. She called and e-mailed me. She wrote:

"Why don't you take that noise generator OFF your site? That's horrible!"

She didn't understand it. I thought it was pretty simple. It's a low-tech white noise machine. I was imitating the sound of static. That's it. (SIGH!)

I recently rented the Italian film "Big Deal on Madonna Street" (1958).

I felt like broadening my horizons by renting a foreign film. So, I ended up with an "intellectual" Italian film about a big heist, ha ha. I was watching for about 20 minutes before I realized I've seen this film before!

I saw the 1984 remake, "Crackers."

I had no idea "Crackers" was a remake. Domestic or foreign, my theatrical tastes are the same.

Isn't that funny? If you're like my mom, probably not.
