I have to thank everyone for all the positive thoughts on my new website. Walter knows his way around the keyboard. And I love the ‘comments’ section at the bottom of every diary, that’s slick stuff! It already came in handy; a few of you noticed that the white on black was too bright. I took your comments back to the lab and we came up with a grey font that’s pleasing to all. Keep your comments coming!

The sun came out yesterday:

It felt so good in my office…I was wishing I could go outside and suck in those rays.

I did a good deed yesterday. A fellow Hoboken citizen needed change for her ten-dollar bill in order to get on the bus. I had the change and I made it happen. Not much of a story but it’s the little things, you know. I probably shouldn’t have told that story because I believe good deeds should be kept private but I have diary space to fill, ha ha!

When I was waiting for the subway last night, I accidentally stood in the wrong place and was “hit” with a drop of ‘mystery water.’ Throughout the subway system, there are various fluids going every which way. This drip came from the ceiling by way of what looks like a rusty stalactite. I just felt weird afterwards. Then some guy on the subway was coughing, without covering his mouth, right next to me. That made the drip look trivial, ha ha.

I got home last night, chilled out for a while, talked to my Mom for a bit and then talked to my brother. A good night after a stressful day – just what the doctor ordered.

When I went to the A & P this past weekend, I struck gold when it came time to buy some soda. They were selling twelve packs of Fresca. I could drink a gallon of it at once if I had to – I LOVE FRESCA!!! But in the same breath, I need to do something about how I treat my body, to make it short, what I’ve been doing up to this point has not been good! So….Deep breath…after this twelve pack of Fresca is gone, I’m done with soda. I’m going to start there and keep moving forward – NO MORE BS!

That’s it! Have a great day.

Best,

Bob
