I did a good deed yesterday, a small one but a good deed nonetheless. A guy I was sitting next to on the bus yesterday morning, some quarters fell out of his pocket and were sitting on the seat plain as day. He got off the bus; I snatched them up and gave them to him. He thanked me and called me a true gentleman – I thought that was cool. (Again, I don’t talk about my good deeds for attention; I just need to fill up diary space.)

I’m sick, I have a bad case of MOTORCYCLE FEVER! Financially, I don’t think I can swing it but the fantasy is still there. Its just always been a dream of mine. I almost can’t put it into words. I was looking at bikes on ebay and this one caught my eye...what do you think of this motorcycle?

Is this anything: e-boobs? Laugh if you will, that bike had a lot of bids. If you learned anything from today’s diary, learn this: Boobs sell bikes.

I walked from the bus station to work again. We’re having such beautiful days in these parts; it feels like it’s never going to end. The weather even makes the walk up 8th Avenue tolerable (8th Avenue is a sh$thole, ha ha).

My friend Paula’s niece (7 years old) was visiting her yesterday. I had Christmas dinner with their family about 3 years ago and bonded with that little girl. I even brought her a Dora the Explorer doll, it being the holidays and all. I walked into Paula’s office and had this conversation with the girl:

Bob: Hey, remember me, we had Christmas dinner a few years ago…?
Paula’s niece: “Nope.”
Bob: Oh come on, I was the guy that brought you the Dora the Explorer doll…?
Paula’s niece: “Nope.”
Bob: I put together your Lite-Bright?!
Paula’s niece: “Nope.”

It was three years ago but come on! Give me something to work with. It was eerily reminiscent of my conversations with adult women. Such is life.

A lot of people, including my Mom, hate that I’m wearing shorts to work. PEOPLE: I work in a non-traditional office – RELAX! I wouldn’t wear shorts if my bosses didn’t wear shorts. Don’t hate the player, hate the game.

That’s it! Have a great day.

Crap, I was just outbid!

My best,

Bob
